Here's a small pack of playgrounds based on the designs of playgrounds from the Soviet Union, with classic play equipment such as miniature tanks, and murals on the walls. Tried showing this to Todd on windows live yesterday, but it seems he was working, and therefore he probably missed it. They're some lots i made for the single block, and the single block with it's buddy. What's also neat with this is that they also match up with the 3stack blocks.

Well yeah, lotting is going to be a bit tricky, but as you suggested, if we made a little filler lot parks with the concrete paths as a set with no effect so that they don't screw anything up, it COULD work. How that's going to look is more or less up to the user though But if you want realistic USSR housing areas you're going to want it make rather spread out anyway. So it's more or less their choice if they want to plop park lots inbetween or just make it look mismatched.

Here's a lot i made for Todd's three Stack Pripiat block, after some discussing and analysing images i got this as a result, not stricly based on Pripiat's layout, but based on landscaping from the USSR in general.

Heavily based on a building in the waterfront district in my hometown, Haugesund, Norway, which is the primary nightime entertainment area here. I don't know much about this building to be honest, it was probably built in the early 1900's or late 1800's. Included in this download are two nightclubs, and one old fashioned bar Berserk (nightclub) (This one is the one closest to the real building) The Glory (Gay Nightclub done by request) Dampen, an old fashioned bar. Another really old model; if you have been on ST long enough, you may remember the Sym productions modular university kit that was in the making, that never materialised, but i had several models left from my effort in that project.
