To make coastlines for seaports, docks, and such, I like to use the Ctrl+X "setsealevel" cheat and use the single road tiles to flatten the land above and below sea level.

I really like buildings with murals and billboards. This pic has two: the building to the left with the Shirley Temple-looking girl, and the building in the upper right with the man in the suit and hat. Any body recognize these? I

If you plop a commercial building with jobs, does it pay taxes? What about Maxis landmarks with jobs added? Thanks.

Thanks guys! And yes, I have the functional landmarks mod. The thing I like about ploppables is that you get to chose which building goes where, so you could plop two a "tower 1" next to a "tower 2" instead of waiting for the chance that the buildings naturally grow in those spots. -
Is there anywhere in the world where a WalMart is directly next to a Target? Not that your city needs to be realistic, but it seems that every city has the two stores spaced about 4 blocks apart, or at least across the street.
