  1. Information say it is subway transit how and where would you do that, using one of the dual tracks out of the back using a GLR starter piece ? This plugin says transit enabled for transit for rail, subway, pedestrian and buses, but how do you connect it to a subway line? I am guessing through one or more of the dual track railway connections would like to know exactly what to do.

    This is what it looks like in the game in subway view. If any building is subway transit enabled the entire portion that is enabled will turn bright green? and just run a subway line anywhere through the bright green preferably neear the entrance of said building when no subway platform is showing?

  6. After making a model in the Gmax BAT program is it possible to make a copy and put the copy in a separate file on my computer? I designed some models for my SC4 game and they have vanished or I can not alter them and would like to be able to.

    How do you make a smooth curve using the draggable override method? It seems like mine are always sharp angles. Is there a god video on this? Sometimes a good video is better than written words but not always.

    When making a building do I need an actual floor for each story of my building?
  11. I have in the past made some GMAX BAT items and saved them. Now they have completely vanished from my computer (I never deleted them). Can I copy the files to a separate folder elsewhere on my hard drive that the BAT program can read and open to edit the item I have made in the BAT?
  12. I have have seen tutorial videos on the HSR or monorail ,however the person does not show what to do when you get to an object like a valley or similar? Do you just drag the track across like a river? Have asked on Discord chatroom have gotten no answers. Any advice would be helpful.

      I think it is highly unlikely, since MandelSoft stopped modding SC4 many years ago and is busy with other games now (I think Euro Truck Simulator).

      It wouldn't be that hard to make your own, even as T21s or Plop Lots, they are essentially a copy of the L0 ones, but raised by the equivalent height needed.

      They are modular, so you can make them as wide or narrow as you need, and they will cover any height difference you make in the terrain.

      True. They are modular 1x1 lots that can cover any height difference, although since they are texture-based, they may look a little weird on very high cliffs, because this will stretch the texture.

  17. Are you ever going to make a 4 level garage for the SimCity 4 game? Also an elevator for the 2 level garage would be a nice addition. I like the 8 level one.

  18. In batting a road sign how do you add directional arrows to the sign? I believe adding text is not a problem but a good tutorial with illustrations for both would be great. Even a video with the detail would help. There is a tutorial on here but the illustrations are no longer included.

    Why when I exported a BAT prop, made it taller, the top was chopped off? It showed up in Lot Editor like in the second image?

    I finally got the BAT prop to show up in the Lot Editor it was a texture problem. I had to import into the Gmax different color textures to get it to work. Thank you to all that helped me.
  23. in step 06 the first image is the model i made in BAT the second image is not white like in your tutorial what is going on?

    The instance number for both models are the same for some reason. What can I do in future BAT models to avoid this issue?
