EICHENBURG Today i present to you another city that is located in the Mitterburg state. This is Eichenburg,a small town located to the east of the capital city Mitterburg. The Municipality of Eichenburg is made up of nine villages that are placed on the surrounding hills and of the town of Eichenburg. It has a population of approximately 5000 people (about 3100 in Eichenburg). The river that passes through this valley is called Mitterbach and it continues to the city of Mitterburg. BERSTATLL The town of Berstatll is located to the west of Mitterburg (the capital of Grafschaft Mitterburg). Berstatll is almost old as it's neighbor Mitterburg. The town as we see it today dates from the year 984, but people lived here well before that. Berstatll municipality has a population of about 3000 inhabitants and it's made up of a few villages. Some people work in factories near the town and work in agriculture, but many commute to Mitterburg. MITTERBURG City of Mitterburg is the capital of Grafschaft Mitterburg. It is located in the center of Mitterburg state. Mitterburg has a population of about 15000 people. The river Mitterbach flows from the east, from the city of Eichenburg and it sinks into the Mitterburg abyss. On the top of the abyss is located the old city center: Old town center: Mitterburg is mostly industrial town, but it also has a lot of tourists that come to see the the wonderful old city center that is dated from the year 976. Karmesinrot Karmesinrot is an artificial lake that was created by the constriction of a dam. It was built because of the need to supply the country of Mitterburg with fresh drinking water during the summer months. Three rivers run into the lake Karmesinrot. It is surrounded by many tiny villages. The oldest village that was once surrounded by walls-now only the wall ruins, a church and cemetery remain from that time.
