    We are just so glad that you continue to contribute top notch work to the STEX. The lot size of 5x10 is very well thought of. I believe this is one of those rare transit enabled commercial lots too. I can't believe anybody will rate this below 5.

    I think the scale wasn't that off. It is a very well-batted building, and I can live with the textures, but the roof basically brings the whole effort down. Regarding to suggestions of a bat thread, the uploaders (or the Thai bat team members) doesn't speak english, and never really responded to our comments, so I don't think they will bother. I think as long as they stick with smaller bats like this one which doesn't magnify their flaws, they are fine, but I never hold any hope that they will improve much beyond this point.

    The nightlighting brings the whole effort down, but I don't think it deserves to be this underscored, I mean 4.2?? It belongs to the 4.5 range.

    There is something messy about this upload, creating so much confusion. As a non-functional landmark, I really do not think it is worth trying out. It's a shame.

    Looking back at some of the comments, I find it amusing that people will consider a lot of 4x11 with 8,000 jobs is too much. It's a great bat which seems slightly oversized, perhaps a 3x10 seems right, but the scale issue is insignificant compare to several of other Tonko's bats.

    This really should be functional. Just being a landmark taking 3.5MB of space is really not worthwhile despite a gorgeous effort.

    Again, this is very accurately scaled and useful, so a 5/5 from me. As a 2x3 lot, it is much more accurate than Tonko's own Tower 42.

    This is more accurately scaled than Tower 42 released around the same time. I will give this a 5/5 despite this not among Tonko's best work, as this is useful and we need more midrise.

    I was surprised nobody mention its scale. It is severely undersized, and as a building with 8,000 jobs, 2x3 is highly inaccurate. It should be more like 3x4. Otherwise, this is still a very attractive bat. Missed opportunity, as Tonko's bats are often plagued with scale issues despite being well made overall.

    Too bad this isn't functional, and like other suggested, it is undersized. I feel like this one is a wasted opportunity as it has the potential to be sister/companion piece to the megalot Pearl Continental Hotel on the Stex.

    It wasn't too easy to grow this one, but when it does show up, I love what I see. I agree that the capacity is way too low for R$$. This should be at least over 3000+. Even if this is not a first upload, it is still very useful, regardless of the lot which I can fill up with trees to hide the shortcomings, lol. Even to this day 4.5 years after its initial upload, there aren't enough residential variations. I hope more residential high-rises will be done.

    I second all others about the glass textures. It really brings the whole thing down. However, there are enough other details that I like. If this is growable only and no functional landmark, hopefully you will put the lot size as well on this and all your future uploads. Thx for contributing!

    It looks very big, too big. I downloaded it but have to take it out. Besides, Xdesign team has made several of the World Financial Towers before and think they did a better job with the scale.

    I think the scale is not right. This should have been maybe 5x5, and then add more floors. It is very hard to grow this, but I finally managed to grow building 2 on a residential lot close to industrial districts after I put a railway station right in front. It looks right as a R$. 5/5

    Day 'n' Nite mod was a relative new thing for the STEX, and this cube was released back in 2006. Hope I helped the uploader to answer the above question, although i am sure you can simply use some common sense when posing a question to a 5-year old bat that the uploader probably won't come back to check its comments. Having said the above, this doesn't look like a police building. It is just a generic bat.

    I only discovered about this bat today, a while after Simtropolis being revamped and I can more easily navigate for earlier bats. Like many others, I understand the importance of onlyplace4's presence on the STEX within a year after I joined STEX (2007), this would have been downloadble quality even not knowing the story behind the creation/naming of this bat. Hope more people will discover this.
