    Perfect name. Are you sure this isn't a subsidiary division of Justin Hammer's weapons company? :)  Hammer was one of the villains in Iron Man 2 (and the comics of course.)   Great building!

    I love all your stadiums! and have been using them in my cities since you posted your first creation.   I'd love it if you could make a version of Disney World's Wide World of Sports main stadium. Love to have the buildings from the complex as well. :-)

    Not a hospital, but a doctors office building would be a better building. We don't seem to have those in Simcity. Every hospital in our area has such a building next door to the hospital where i visit my eye doctor, neurologist, and others. I like this. Am downloading it.

    I really like the shape and look of this building, feeling we need more of these suburban offices. Good but with some tweaks it could be great as mentioned. I agree with the trees. They are literally growing inside the building, too close making the building look very odd. The bushes are nice, but they seem to be growing in the sidewalk--a wider area for them would be good. If possible, that area should be mulch/dirt, not grass--not sure if that's possible to make dirt/mulch so YMMV. This doesn't relate to your lot, but I would like to see parking lots with handicap spaces out front. Not sure if anyone has done those parking lots. After a decade of playing these games, I've only noticed that recently. I think V2 will be awesome. If in the middle concrete section you put logos for different companies renting the spaces inside the building, it will look similar to my wife's office building. :-)

    From the parking lot, business looks good! The roof looks fine to me. Not every roof needs to be a labyrinthine maze of ducts and such. :-) My only real complaint is that there is no sign anywhere that I can see. What's a business without a sign? So I want to download it, but will hold off in case a sign is added or I missed it.

    We live near the coast and miss watching those babies take off and land! Sigh. Nice model. BTW my son is a physics major and wants to work in commercial space development. Very nice work.

    Rocket looks very nice. I like that it's colorful. As for the gantry and pad, here is a pic of the real thing. I've stood on these pads--they're very impressive! I wish someone did a model of the real pads, but they would probably take a ton of work.
