The Simmania BAT Team (SBT) is here again with our 5th release and our latest BAT, the SBT Small Office Building. Inspired by more modern styled small office buildings, this features all around glass windows, and has a touch of improved energy efficiency. The solar panel rows help reduce the power consumption of this office building, and helps your community to be a little greener. This BAT also has a modeled interior, with realistic interior lighting that can be seen at night! The night lighting can reveal a few surprises inside too! This BAT has had many different revisions, to provide the utmost quality and detail from a team that strives for high detail and quality.
