Ahoy - if you're looking for top quality nightcrawlers, lures, and lead sinkers, you best be headin' on over to Captain Sid's. Featuring a wide array of tackle and fishing supplies, no trip out on the lake or down the river would be complete without an early morning stop to visit the captain.
This upload features two versions, a 1x1 (stage 3) and a 1x2 (stage 2), both of which are low wealth commercial lots with 22 jobs. Stats have been modded in a similar vein to earlier releases.
The only dependency for this is Peg's MTP Textures Vol. 2, which is definitely over at the PLEX if you can't find it here. Enjoy - and good luck on your fishing trip!
