@mike_oxlong Thank you for the comment! These last couple of updates - and some of my upcoming ones as well - are all ones that I've quietly made huge progress on throughout the year. I've had a bit more free time this month, so now I'm putting on the finishing touches and finally publishing them

It would seem there are a lot of fascinating cities in South America - I just recently stumbled across La Paz Bolivia - take a look for yourself on GoogleEarth (speaking of which I was able to find that bridge in Sao Paulo - trip that the highway there goes north on one bank of the river and south on the other). 

 

@RobertLM78 There's a lot of cities that I've thought about over the years but haven't gotten around to yet - so I'll be looking to change that soon hopefully. Lots of possibilities for sure.

The favelas gif could pass off as a screenshot from the original Tropico. It's that good.

@tariely Thank you for the comment! I'm assuming you mean the Santos one - that's 100% lot editor work with some MMPs and the custom textures were made by hand. The dependency list for that scene is about a couple miles long though unfortunately.

@Paulobergonci Appreciate the nice words. The Edificio Itália is a custom model I found online and exported it to use in the game. A number of other buildings were also downloaded from various 3d model sites and converted into SC4 BATs too.
