Not sure about the RTK3 file. Something unusual with that name that is different than Peg's usual naming pattern. Still looking into it...

Curious about the empty lot, though. Did the building grow like that or did it appear that way when you plopped it? Since the model is included in the download, the buildings should appear even without the dependencies.

If the building grew 'empty' in that place, it kind of looks like the 'empty lot' issue. It is usually an issue with older items that were made using what was known and available at the time. (Link).

If the item appeared this way after plopping it, there is another issue perhaps.

Edit Later: Turns out RTK3_EHW_105 may have been an earlier version of RTK3_REC_205. They both contain the same lots. The only difference I saw in-game was the menu icons were a little different and the props on the corner piece were different (as referenced in the Readme). Otherwise, the items provided to the Kohdat homes were supplied by both files.

@CaptCity, the PEG-RTK3_EHW_105.dat was the predecessor of the PEG-RTK3_RECreational Style v205. If you check the RTK3-REC building examplar names you will find many of them as EHW, also on the plaza lots you will find in the LText the following note: "Part of the PEG-RTK3 EHW series." 

By the way. The lot is using the older Gizmo Vehicles v3 which has total different IIDs than the later released V4. Currently this older V3 vehicles only available on SimCity Kurier under this upload: http://www.simcityplaza.de/index.php/props-und-texturen/props/file/415-fahrzeug-props-von-gizmo28

Anyway, I updated the download page with the proper dependencies.

checking your image and checking the lots which are coming from the Modular homes, that lot with the missing stuffs is NOT part of the lot set. That's either a custom lot from an other source or a total different lot, which using the building examplar of the modular homes. My bet would be on this later explanation.

It grew like this, yes, I didn't plop it. I also already had installed RTK3_REC_205 before posting here.

I have installed a lot of growable and ploppable buildings recently, so I guess I'm gonna have to read through the link you provided me about the "empty lot" issue...

Maybe just one question before I throw myself into this: If my query tool identifies the empty lot as Kohdat Modular Homes, with all the right stats, is the problem located in the Kohdat Modular Homes files, or is it located in the files of another, still unidentified BAT? If it is in another BAT's files, how can I identify which one is it? After reading the first part of the SC4devotion forum link you provided me, it is still unclear to me...

Ah I found the issue... Please ignore that empty lot with the missing building, that's not part of the lot set per se. Old modding, bad modding. So what you need to keep in mind. There are 7 lots which are coming with this upload. This one: Kohdat Modular Homes_70455831.SC4Lot is using that old building examplar. Long story short, it's in a group with two other lots which used the same building FAMILY examplar (which is actually a MAXIS range), and one of those additional lots is showing up on your image without the building. The other 6 lots (numbered as from 1-6 at the end of their name) are properly modded based on the building which is attached with the upload.

The best would be if you simply remove this Kohdat Modular Homes_70455831.SC4Lot LOT file from your plugin, and only use the other 6 lots, which are properly modded.

Holly.... I almost had the same question as Mrbissomn already had twice. I downloaded the full TSC collection because I was looking for these Maison Fr stuffs. I found the files in my crash-recovery folder and I had no ide where the heck they were coming from. 

Do we still want to officially restore these toutsimcities forum attachments here on STEX and then maybe on toutsimcites as well and/or on other sites? @Krasner, @Girafe, @Cyclone Boom, @CorinaMarie? Opinion? 

I would take a while for sure by the time I get there to pack them up nicely. Maybe it would be worthy to check if the LBT building examplars could be replaced by maxis blank building examplars for the sake of reducing unnecessary dependencies...

Thanks @gwada971 again for finding these stuffs. I must save this post for future references.

That sounds like a useful idea, and of course all whenever it fits in with your other restoration projects.

For all files not available, it would be restoring them in good faith as with the Custodian efforts. How then the original authors would want them still available for people to enjoy. They could be packaged however you feel would be most suitable, such as in bindle packs if that might work better.

Hello. Where can I find that sidewalk and the entrance to the underground parking? That entrance to the underground car park would serve as an underground bus station. Greetings and thanks.

@juguesal, the NAM PedMalls will be on the Roads menu--they'll be one of the first items below the base Maxis networks.

Like all transportation menus, they use the TAB ring system. Each menu option has numerous sub-options, you cycle through them using the TAB (going forward) and SHIFT + TAB (going backward). You'll find other pedmall textures, unless you specifically want the concrete pavement but without the lamp post.

If you do indeed want that first PedMall piece without the center pole, install this file somewhere where it'll load after the NAM, or at least, the PedMalls.  (Actually sticking it in My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\Network Addon Mod\2 Additional Network Features\Pedestrian Malls and Paths should do the trick.)

Check if you have installed any of @rsc204's MGB Terrain Grass NAM set. There are lot support files (probably something like this: TGN BSC Vol1-3 Override.dat), which would change some of those lotting textures.

Actually I'd imagine that at least for the Open Grass area (and some other) textures, that it comes from the Sudden Valley Terrain mod files. There is a file named SV Base Textures.dat that changes a number of Maxis LE textures to more closely match the terrain mod, removing that file will restore the originals. However, since we're bringing it up, my TGN (Terrain Grass NAM) mods came about because of this situation, I loved the nicer grass but it simply didn't match up well with all the other content. Rather than ditching this feature of the terrain mod, perhaps you might consider seeing how TGN compliments it instead? The mod is easily removable if you decide it's not for you.

Small problem. Anyone recognize the houses in this photo? The ones with a blue yard, specifically. I'm guessing I'm missing a texture here. I'm trying to hunt down where I got them. Clicking on them in game gives names like "14 pumpkin road" or "17 blue forest drive". My google-fu is failing me.  any helps?
