No, that's really from CP. I believe it's this one (this upload comes with a growable residence at least):

https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=3178

I suggest you install this in a folder outside of Plugins and check the filenames there for comparison, you might have overlooked them.

You may be correct!  I will report back.

Howdy friends!  Looking for highway truck stops, highway signs, general road signs, auto repair shops, tire shops, truck repair shops.  That sort of thing.

They must be ploppable.

Thanks!

Source of the image?
Anyway if have to guess I would say it's ChrisAdams' BSC ALN RRP Draggable Paths on SC4D LEXhttps://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1885 (though the site is temporary down at this moment).

Is there diagonal filler lots like SPAM - Single & Diagonal Fields but for Maxis' default field textures? No fence, no prop, just the texture. I'm pretty sure I saw this in a video or a CJ. This post is related to that one.

I'm not sure about if there are publicly released LOTs with those textures, but you can make your own lots using this texture set:

I remember I planned to make a filler set a few years ago, but then I got busy and most of my lotting projects have been put on hold.

Looking for a prop or texture? The SC4 Prop & Texture Catalog might help! View online here.

Hi, I'm working on a Gotham City project for SC4 and can't find any Gothic-style buildings (not just cathedrals), particularly with gargoyles. I don't know how hard it is to do that, because I don't have the software or even know-how on using the BAT.

I would really like to see some Tim Burton-inspired buildings like in the 1989 Batman film. Can anyone help point me in the right direction or better yet, design something like that for download? I plan on learning how to use the "BAT"... tool to create my own Gotham stuff one day, but I know there are some veterans on Simtropolis that'd do it way better than I ever could. Any replies/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking for any docks/ferries that would be period appropriate for the 1800s or earlier.

Other than this-

I can't think of much. There's a Mayflower ship and port and there was a western style ferry set(forgot who made it, might be onlyplace). WZ made a few historical things, including a steamship, but, he's not here anymore.

Maybe the Historic Harbour.

Also the WMP Historic Ferry Set could be good, but this is one is currently unavailable. Well, until I find the time to upload it... It might be for a while.

@reg Hi, I think you don't have the latest versions of RRetail dependencies. Try to download the Mega Pack vol 2 again.

While we're at it, there was a tutorial on how to make these long pictures (idk how they're called) to show big city tiles in one picture. If somebody could point me to that tutorial (or something else to see how this works) would be very nice!

Thanks! :)

Just adding to what @Zasco found, here's a couple more tutorials on the same subject I'm aware of:

Hiding City Tile Boundaries and Creating Cross Border Composite Images
(Alternatively see here or here.)

There's this on ST too which @chfzdn explained:

Also if the water reflective textures are a problem, there's a nifty little mod that @rivit made which prevents this. Basically it removes the water reflections which some water mods have, and so when saving tiles in a region they'll appear consistent and not show up the defined border edges.

I hate to rain on everybody's parade, but the region shot you get in Region Census is just an enlargement of the one you get in game, with out the dashboard. The resolution does not improve. I'm pretty sure that the region image is nothing more than a re-sized thumbnail, so there's not much chance of improvement, even in photoshop.

The only way to get anything close to a hi-def region shot is by shooting each individual tile in, at least, zoom2. And pasting together in a png. format. And those can get pretty hefty, depending on the size of the region. My complete shot of Wisconsin in my journal, had to be divvied up into 9 equal sections. I made a complete region map of Europe that had to be separated into 16 region maps. My PS will only allow images up to 10500 px x 4500 px. Not sure how large you can go with GIMP, but probably not much more. Keep everything in png. format until you've completed the region, because it's much easier to fix errors. Convert the pic to jpg. when you're satisfied with the results. Remember that the more you copy that jpg. the more quality you lose in color and definition.

Yes, I concur. And for this technique I recommend anyone interested checks out the couple of articles I linked to above. *
