Those are rice fields. There are 4 different sets floating around and they all look very similar. Your best bet is to check here- https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=361.0

You should easily find at least one, if not all of them...like I did.

Bottom of the first page. However there can be additions from Neko and others. That upload is a dependency tsumani, many of the dependencies are pointing to the Hide&Seek Japanese site, but since they've archived the site all the links were moved to new addresses, so they are not working from the download page of Uki's site or from the readme. I see if I can remake the dependecy part of readme and will upload here with the links.

EDIT: taking a closer look to Neko's stuffs, it might be Neko's Rice Fields, though Uki used this as a dependency anyway...

SimCity China downloads are difficult. I think because people outside of China aren't allowed to register to download from it due to Chinese law, the BAT would have to re-uploaded on another website.

As I see, the link has been broken since mid 2013, however I found the files in a stash and it seems that at one point Barbyw was considering to release an updated/relotted version of it with the model included on LEX, but that actually never seemed to be happened. 
@CaptCity might have the original version. I'm fairly busy recently with other stuffs, so if @Cyclone Boom would consider to upload it here to STEX as a restoration effort, I don't see any issue with it. Otherwise, I'll see if we can upload the modified version (by Barbyw) to LEX eventually.

I do have what is probably the download set from ToutSimCities (dates match up) and did notice the broken link. Will check into putting it up on the STEX.

@maximac's canal set has been uploaded to the STEX. Please keep in mind that the files are in the same state as they had been uploaded onto ToutSimCities.

Hi everybody, I recall a mod developed several years ago by a user going by Lisa Simpson, or something along those lines, that inserts all of the amusing SimCity 3000 news ticker content (e.g. Mysterious Loud Rumbling Noises In city name Found To Be Mysterious Loud Rumblings) into SimCity 4's news ticker. I tried looking again but couldn't find it. Is there anyone who has that mod or knows where I can acquire it? Thank you very much!

Does anyone know where I can find the props below? They are part of the Futuristic Military Base but I am missing those pieces although I have followed the link in the description but they do not show up. I have tried to contact the creator of the lot but has not been active since 2015.
