Just my personal opinion, of course, but I find the NBVC Container Port Set VERY versatile -- the pieces come in handy for a lot of other uses.

Sadly, as Simpeg didn't allowed robots, there's no copy on Google cache nor Wayback Machine, so I'm betting someone in the community would have made a offline copy.

Alternatively, If someone with the knowlegde could do a new tutorial, it would be very useful!

I've got the original plus pictures, Paeng passed his files onto me when he left the community, he also give me copies of all the files he was able to retrieve from SimPeg before it went down for the final time, I'll upload it here

I am looking for a tutorial on how to make custom Querry UI's. Years ago BSC made me a set to use however the name used on them I no longer need. The .png files I would like to update to reflect the pen name I use now.

Yo guys --

This is Paeng's old Chemical Plant lot.  I only have the lot file (no Descriptor File or Model File).  I've been working on a re-lot.

Two questions --

1. Can anyone explain why the building disappears from the lot when you zoom OUT to maximum?

2. Can anyone tell me where I could find the COMPLETE set of files? (The Descriptor and the Model to go with the Lot.)

Since it appears you can actually plop the lot,  the descriptor & model files should already reside somewhere in your plugins folder - otherwise you'd get brown boxes or experience other issues.

The zoom issue could be explained if the main building were actually a prop with improperly set zoom flags.

It's quite possible that the descriptor and model files are buried somewhere in my plugins folder -- I'll take a thorough look there.

Can you tell me how to alter the "zoom flags" using Maxis EDITOR??

If I can do that -- the lot will be just perfect for my needs.

I'm at work so I can't take a look, but Paeng give me a couple of lists of his plugins listing the dependencies for each of them,  I think the lists only cover the forum attachments he did, but if you don't get an answer to this I'll have a look for you tonight.

I'm looking for buildings like these in Gdánsk:

And Szczecin:

Basically, colourful buildings with red roofs (if possible) that face the road. I'm having a really hard time finding any, since most w2w euro buildings have roofs facing the other way. The closest thing I've been able to find are the Amsterdam BATs by Vanderaap, but they are too dark (black façade or dark bricks) for my liking. If anybody could point me to something like it, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Wallibuk's stuff (like this or this) is also very close to what I want, so if anyone knows about more buildings like his, I would also love to see them.

Thanks in advance! I know my request is a little complicated, but if anybody could fulfill it, I'd be thrilled.

Oh, thanks a lot! His files will definitely help. The FAR w2w's and transitions will also come in handy. Still, if anybody knows about any others, that would be great.

I've taken a look thru the lists Paeng give me and I can't see anything for a chemical plant, it may be I've got it but under a different name I need to go thru and create pictures of all the LOTS so it will be easier to tell what they are, the original pictures have disappeared along with SimPeg

The links are broken but the names were kept, so you can search them with google, by name or by image (using chrome is one of the right button's menu options over every image; otherwise you can do it from images.google.com)
