In my game i placed a section of road and then let the growables grow, then i demolished the road and plopped this lot in its place. I let like 5 years go by and the buildings have not abandoned, the only thing is that the jobs never get filled, sims don't use the pedestrian street to get to those buildings.Maybe it's because the one way roads go in opposite directions but idk. But i like it anyway great job. -
