That would be Djoella Industries by cerulean. It is no longer available for download individually. There's a pack of lots here on SC4D. You'll have to download a lot of dependency packs due to their policy of merging large numbers of huge models into even more humongous mega packs...

apparently all the buildings in this pack are CAM commercial buildings, and i need to download CAM to make them work properly. i don't have CAM at the moment, and the region I'm building now does not have CAM install, so i guess i will have to pass this one. but i will save the hyperlink in case i wan to give CAM a try in the future. thanks for helping me find this building.

Yeah, it's a pity the original lot is no longer available. I used to have most of cerulean's stuff, but I once lost a huge bunch of downloads to a stupid accident, and my taste has changed anyway, so I no longer have the original myself. Of course you can extract a single model from a large DAT, and you can make a new lot, but that requires some familiarity with the corresponding tools and is just not for everyone, understandably.

You can also use the iLives Reader to modify the lot's phase to a number under 8, to allow it to grow without CAM. Consider anyway that this could unbalance the game and make some buildings grow too much, blocking others

I've seen this building in the "Show us your Riverside, Lakeside, or Oceanside" thread, and I'd like to have it. Does anyone know where to get it?

2. This Pedmall texture

That's in the NAM. Select the regular Pedmall and press tab a few times, there are half a dozen or so Pedmalls, Ped-enabled bridges and even mountain trails to be found in the tab ring.

Or maybe it's not, if you mean in the second picture. I don't think that's a pedmall. Although it could be, in which case it's totally custom I'd imagine.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

Those are moonlinght's creations, check the page:

http://blog.livedoor.jp/moonlinght/archives/cat_59226.html <-- is all in japanese, though, and google translator mixes the paragraphs, just follow the 'download links' and check you have downloaded the right thing.

Looks like some of your lots are using textures that are not RRW compatible.

You should download the following to help improve RRW support on lots:

- RealRailway (RRW) NCD BSC Texture pack Update

That covers many lots created with the most popular dependencies for rail yards/lots. If installing that does not help, you may have to resort to changing the textures to new RRW ones, using the Lot Editor.

Also, some of those lots (for example, the crossing tracks in the right) have angles incompatible with the RRW, so it is unprobable that you could get an adequate texture replacement.

Maybe you can use the Reader to modify the lot and add jobs. Try searching a tutorial to do so.

I'm looking for the Sounder (AKA Sound Transit) automata re-skin for passenger rail (heavy rail). I saw it a year ago, but  haven't been able to find it since. I believe it was made by BigRedFish a looooong time ago.

The marina piers are also created by nbvc. He has made a few different sets, some of which are in the pic you referenced.

@Mikey Knox Check out nbvc's tents for a bonfire - it's not a MMP though.

Here's some boats from nbvc, not MMPs though, all of them are lots I believe.

Finally, here's the only boat MMPs that I know of:

Enjoy!

Does anyone know of a good MMP for beaches? Like sunbathers and umbrellas and such?
