I can't do it directly with the CD, because every time when you put in the CD, the program ask you to install all the files on one's PC. unlike volume 3 which all the content can be directly assessed on the CD, the volume 5 can't.

yes, the content from volume five is installed on my D drive, unlike volume 3 which i also own, all the files are stored on the disc. also, when i open these content, they are all presented in the format of a html link. it's very strange, i have never seen anything like this.

show image in new window, show image in new tab, save link as, copy link address...and yes it happens with all of my browsers. my computer has never had problems displaying images.

how do i enable file extension? is that one of the settings for web browsers?

i tried firebox, IE and Chrome, none of them works...dang it!

the thing is, volume 5 is completely different from the previous disc i own, which is volume 3. in volume 3, the disc comes with a program that showcases all the content. but volume 5 takes me to a webpage where all the content are listed. the pic above it's actually a corp from chrome.

Hello all My volume 5 disc is finally here, but when i open the web url it cannot display any pictures! i'm pretty sure my flash player is the most current, does anyone else have the same problem? can anybody help? best regards

even if players didn't have to go online and play the game, the game still sucks. it's idea of only allowing player to building in a 5 x 5 mile radius, put tremendous restrictions on creativity. and it completely remove the feeling of looking at a metropolis which a player building from the ground up. in addition, the buildings in 2013 just don't have the scale that Simcity 4 offers. that's why I'm still playing Simcity 4 in 2016. before Simcity 2013 came out, all i ever wanted was to make Simcity 4 3D, give player curve roads and add in more buildings. but the final product is very disappointing.

Hello all I have found the answer for my question! in order to unlock space port the normal way, which is the have 24k high tech jobs and the advance research center, one needs to play on hard mode. once these conditions are satisfied, the space port will be unlocked automatically. however, if one does not play on hard, a freight train mission is needed. make sure that there are two freight train stations in the industrial zone, otherwise freight train won't spawn (a steam train mission will also work!). please keep in mind that, before the freight train mission, a player needs to have 24k high tech jobs and the advance research as well. the mission will ask the player to drive a train from one station to another, which is pretty easy, as long as one doesn't derail the train. after you have reached the destined station, the player will unlock the space port.
