Just thought I would let you know that the issue has cropped up again..
So I am having this weird power issue and I couldn't find anything describing this out there. This particular city tile had one Natural Gas Power Plant and 4 or 5 Wind Plants (both were the Maxis versions). I also have an ordnance mod installed that gave me the option to run an entire city off just one windmill plant and provide enough water through one water pump. Despite all these plants I can't keep anything in the city powered and it seems the reason is because my power budget is constantly set to near zero dollars. I'll raise it all the way up, everything will be powered and then after a month or two running the simulation the power budget resets back to zero and everything goes dark again.
I recently just deleted all the power plants and turned off the ordnance mod and ran the simulation to see if that helped and I am still getting the auto reset every time I press play. I'm not sure what else to do. The entire city is abandoned now.
Thanks for any help you may have.
THE TUDOR CITY COMPLEX, NEW YORK CITY
Improvements : roof lights and redesigned "Tudor City" board sign located on Prospect tower.
Completed in 1928, it consisted of twelve apartment buildings containing 3,000 housing units and 600 hotel rooms. The design by the architect H. Douglas Ives and his team was based heavily on the Tudor Style, an architectural style prevalent during the Tudor Dynasty. Characteristic for this style is the brickwork and the application of fine intricate stonework.
In this pack, you're gonna find 3 of the 12 buildings that compose the whole complex of Tudor City in New York.
those are the most iconic part of the whole complex : Tudor, Prospect and WIndsor buildings.
For a realistic positioning, make it this order from left to right :
Tudor Tower, Propect Tower, Windsor Tower. All buildings are 4X2 tiles. Just separate them by one tile.
Special thanks for the support through the award given in April (sorry i didn't notice i got this recognition).
Thanks to @CorinaMarie, I discovered 50 files of various RCI buildings, very pretty, very American, by a long gone bater @dk1.
There are NO dependencies in any of the files. Many (all?) are improvements from the default MAXIS ones.
Now my question: how can I place them in my plugins folder without creating more havoc. Ideally, they should stay together in a dedicated folder, but with what name?
Thanks for your comments.
