While perusing the old SC4Devotion site a while ago, I came across a picture of a building I made in early 2006. The gmax file is long gone, but I liked the building, so I've been remaking a version of it. The roof junk needs resizing and all textures will be replaced. I just added them so I didn't have to look at the gmax default colors. It's not exactly the same but it's close.

I have a random question, myself.  Since it was a SC4D-only upload, I would love to see your Tokyo Buildings Vol 2 uploaded to STEX and wonder if you could upload it? IIt's one of my favorite W2W sets, esp the car dealer, and would love for others to enjoy it!

Started retexturing some Maxis styled street textures from the Cycledogg texture pack so they blend in better with RVT TSS... I discarded most of the detail of the originals though (and forgot to color correct the network textures I used from TSS as a base), might be worth doing a better job.

About Patreon, if you go down on that road, the best approach that you can do is following @Jasoncw's footsteps. Early access on Patreon, then the contents would slowly be uploaded to STEX later on. There are quite a few folks around here now (including myself), we can help with uploads and/or modding. So yeah, either way, please make them available.

Some playing around with the SAM11 extenders/transitions/transition textured lots... need a few more pieces... considering doing an offset corner extender piece.

More Cycledogg street retextures, with some sidewalk park area surrounding the culdesac development.
