ahhhh!

Was finally stepping back in as a player - then all hell broke loose! 

Here is one of the old wards of Polder, getting criss-crossed by a new interchange over the marsh. Finally connected to Southwark!

But then all my props broke. :(

I have multiple conflicts occurring - who knows what's going on? I think it's some kind of very obscure model ID duplication error - but I don't remember the full story and need help :(

Reference first pic for how the bottom lots should look

@Kaimai! Are you still around? Hope so. You'll know what the deal is with these.

If anyone else has any thoughts or solutions, please lmk. I believe this error is related to my grab bag conflicting with the St Louis narrow lots - but I'm sure many other recent FTG models would be affected.

that's probably an ID conflict between two models, so that they are overriding the smaller ones. You should check their IDs on the Reader to see if there are any coincidences.

Those are some incredibly steep rock faces! Depending on the rock composition and the snow-rain ratio, you might even see rock slides falling to the reservoir as the water erodes the base of them.

I'm indecisive on which water pattern to use, I know from distance maybe it looks the same, but in game looks totally different

Go for the darker one, I think the regular SC4 camera angle isn't very favourable for light reflecting and picking the lighter tone above.

Yeah, but it's temporary. I posted a year ago some variations, but it was to showcase the colors with the texture with PS, in-game everything changes, and I made some desaturated versions that are going to the final versions, because with new water mods methods, the colors change and adapt pretty well with the underwater texture colors.

I modified the pattern again and lowered the contrast

I'm open to suggestions and criticism

I have the base patterns, so isn't the final result, I can changed it as much as I want, the colors is what I want to achieve for the water mod, wanted something for personal use, but I can share it with the community. I abandoned this some time because I have other similar by hand, but I'm still not convinced enough with the result.

The overall tint is really nice, and indeed the light is enhanced in "after" *:thumb:, but - to try in the game - it seems to me that it brings out descending lines from left to right (in the "fine" swell) ?!

Hi, no, I only use color balance, but very slightly, also used curves in PS, it's a mix of  contrast, reds, greens and blues, but not really exaggerated, and desaturation. And the pattern is a mix of two images I edited to look seamless. The technique es very old school, but I like it.

Hmm, I have this mod for quite a time and I don't remember where did I find it. Maybe from SC4D (now SC4E) but I can't tell for sure.
