Thank you...

These are montages of overlays that I adjust as needed. In this case the FAR of the NAM and the "Scoty MP Textures" that I mistreat, cut, torture,..... (please forgive me, @hugues aroux).

I'd like to take this opportunity to ask you to forgive me in advance, as some of your BATs will be “Tweaked”.

It's nice because people like you do wonderful things. The credit goes to you and not me.

I would literally do anything for this mansion, that castle/palace you've been working on, and that stunning car! As always, your work is phenomenal!

Just did a new car model tonight in a loong time, im kinda rusty. This is a very popular car among classic car lover subcultures around the world, the Chevrolet Impala 1964, to replace that annoying pink lowrider. I found that there are several variants of these already on STEX, in fact, the same manufacturing year, released just a few weeks ago by @justforfun. Oh well these will be matte black and some fun colour.

Happy Workers' Day! I recently took to revising my old City Journal entries, since my oldest city turns 200 as soon as I leave it running for a while (?). Here's the first updated entry on Anclaje:

I still don't get it - do you do this in-game, or in photoshop?

It's a very cool effect. Never seen anything like that!

These props will fill two diagonal lots. I can't believe I'm still making shopfronts, I thought I was done after modelling 1000 for the shop parades, instead here I am having to do more. I honestly lost count.

I know all about that, Mate......

I can't even begin to guess how many "standardized" modular lots I have created for "Dockyards".

My favorite English "shops" were "book sellers", tobacconists, Fortnum & Masons, and almost any pub.

Those were the "good old days" -- I traveled mostly "duty free" -- *:thumb:

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

Fortnum & Mason happens to be in my endless list of projects, just don't ask me when I'll get to do it! *:P

Hi, I made a new CJ entry for this area.
More pictures here: https://community.simtropolis.com/journals/entry/30646-hilltop-neighborhood/

Looks good. The wall set and the vegetation next to the train line in particular convey the density that necessarily accompanies hillside developments.

Am I to guess that those walls are no longer available since SC4 Devotion's catalogue was lost?

Also, if I may nitpick, it doesn't make much sense for a pond/lake to be positioned on top of a hill. And churches of that particular vintage were generally built on top of hills, not at the bottom.

Looks great though. Good work.

There's backup here: https://cafe.naver.com/simcitysquare/34714

Also, thank you! And yeah, I agree to that.
I made some adjustments and put a smaller church at the top after I published my CJ.

Working on a map of one of my tourist areas. It takes faaaaar too long with my attention to detail, but is really fun to do. :uhm:

Remaining items have to be added to the legend still and I also plan to attach adverts of some local businesses.

I look forward to your efforts -- landscape inspiration has been in short supply of late.
