I like the smaller part though.  Many skyscrapers happen to have a lowrise portion in front of the main tower anyways.

Hi all!
On the island of Santana, the process of ensuring civil security begins. There is a need to organize police posts and stations. 
One young mayor's worker proposed an interesting idea. The quality of roads on the island does not allow you to set the posts of paid travel. And money in the budgets of cities is very necessary.
What should we do? A simple and effective decision has been made. 
In the Gent region, we are building police posts on the main routes with the characteristics of Maxis payment points.

These are fines for violations of road rules, confiscation of counterfeit machines and everything that interferes with normal people on the roads.  The implementation of this project was very helped by the solution of Sam Peg Dirt Road Overhanging Prop from @CorinaMarie. Thanks to her for her work!

As you've seen from recent shots, the upcoming Commercial Corners pack will comprise a variety of shops and offices with different shapes and sizes, the only common feature being that each of them has at least one diagonal side.  Since these odd shapes rarely grow in the right place by chance, they are best plopped. And here's where you can have your say and pick one of the following options!

A) No need to make icons and all, we'll just plop these commercials with the LotPlop extracheat 

B) Heck no please, make them landmarks with jobs so we can find them in the landmark menu. We'll write flattering reviews in exchange for the extra time and effort, *promise*! 

For option B, just put a "yes" emoji. Anything else will count as option A. If only a few votes are cast, I'll go for option A because it's quicker and you guys are being stingy with reviews, hehe.

I used some planter models as props to replace or use together with the dirt circle for the trees, and they're customizable too!
Round and/or square, brown bricks and/or white concrete, choose one or all of them!
Also fixed some of the c.p. Olive tree models (from "BSC Mega Props - CP Vol02.dat") so now they're placed inside the planters.

Although I'm not sure how to go with it.
Maybe I can share them as a patch (?)
But since I changed the models, it might affect the existing mods that use them too.

Anyway, still going to add some more into this.
I'm thinking about some bollards, benches, or maybe smaller plants.

Working on rural areas, and experimentimenting with applying the More Building Styles DLL to agricultural areas. 

I wanted to create large, sprawling grass-fed cattle farms (beef? dairy?) and farmed forests for building materials and paper production - and give control to other agricultural and horticultural areas. For this area I used pastures with textures by Vortext, farm props from Pegasus and SPAM, and some other bits and pieces. 

All the forests and farm fields shown are grown I-R (the fence borders are plopped) including the cows. I got the cows and trees to appear with some 'organic' randomness by creating custom prop exemplars with random chance property in play.

"Matt" also frequently chose US buildings for his models.  I came of age in Los Angeles and he created many of the buildings I grew up with.  That's what caught my eye and introduced me to the work of "The Master". He may have been thinking of the "good old days" when American architecture was iconic and our cars were much prized in foreign countries.  Alas, those days are long past.

the Holden dealers/my little homage to Aus and NZ car culture is out. For those who like Aussie-spec Fords, I want to do one of those as well. If I do a Ford dealer, I'd probably do an Americas version, a UK version, and an Oceania version.

I've been working on a new highway connection between two towns separated by a tall hill, which has meant a lot of terracing, levelling and all that. I'll probably upload the end result to my CJ soon-ish, because I really like the results (and mountain highways, generally speaking)

Little Asia Update 3 !

Several highways constructed in the west of the region tiles ! Special, this region uses Non US Rhw, so check the right driving direction more difficult. Maxis overide highway in narrow and border connections to be certain. South of Little Asia there´s a IFTZ (International Free Trade Zone ) wich be extended with a artificial island later !
