2. start lotting some of your stuff and releasing it as sets

3. make some stuff out of free stuff/maybe remake some things on the STEX

With all these Winterval messages it reminds me it's getting near time to head for high ground to enjoy the snow! 

 

In the meantime I'm really pleased with how the repetition has played out in these residential behemoths surrounding Downtown Brajonel

SC4的建筑插件制作流程主要为:模型制作==>渲染导出==>创建插件==>置入&编辑LOT编辑器==>完成

模型制作的话你可以在b站,看一些3dsmax相关的建模教程,去学一下基本的建模知识。

I am working on a DLL mod that replaces the built-in Legalize Gambling ordinance with one that can scale the income by the city population.

The DLL tells the game that it has a newer version of the Legalize Gambling ordinance, and the game then ignores its built-in version.
This is the same technique that simmaster007's OpenGL graphics driver rewrite uses.

The DLL uses the same save data format as the base game, so it should not break anything by adding or removing the DLL. It is incompatible with other mods that alter the built-in Legalize Gambling ordinance, as their changes will be ignored with the DLL installed.
