With encouragement from @EffTheGrid, I've been working on some basic re-lots of his R$ Cape Cod homes.

Made some custom textures for the walkways and driveways. Stuck to basic dependencies for the props, so the lots aren't as detailed as my usual lotting experiments. That said, they should be substantially easier to release on the STEX.

WIP versions of the 1x1 and 1x2 lots pictured. Still need to do 1x3 lots (and possibly some 2x1s).

Cataluna La Punta LÈscala !

Afther some preparations I decided to bring the che Catalonian coast to life. Some Bat´s Ok for their designated place some straight out off !

La Punta LÉscala is a community just south Portbou on the coast also known as the Costa Brava This region is kind of test for spain later portugal may join this setup. First a freshly zoned town. Up on the mountain is a railway station of the coastal line to between Portbou and Barcelona !

City centre isn´t very large, probably change later. Their two mayor neighboorhoods west and east, in between bellow the city centre the local beach !

Some minutes into the simulation, with some nice results !

Shelved against the slope neighbourhood on the west !

Beaches aren´t very interesting yet maybe a beach may help remove the sand look. Runamuck´s HD terrainMod has a nice green to sierra like yelloe color. Their´s also a cliff and water mod wich I may use now it´s probably a brigatine I installed !

Update on the FTG Cape Cod R$ re-lots.

Polished the textures a bit and narrowed down the dependencies to CP Vol01 and CP Vol02. Finished eight variants of 1x3 lots (stage one). The 1x2, 2x1, and 1x1 lots will follow a similar style.

i´m working on this (new How too)... PEG´s small Hydroelectric Dam.

First off all, i´m testing the Heigh´s about the Dam. Peang forgot it, to write it down ;-)

(that´s the 15 Meter Version... other Highs will be tested too.).

And here it will be show up... Region San Francisco:

It should be done soon  ;-)

I think that dam water matches up closer to the BSC Canal sets than to the Peg Ponds.

This particular dam uses a height of 25 meters, IIRC it's in the file's readme, but not in the file post description.

Seasonal. The lots are meant as a seasonal alternative to the original lots from FTG, which use Maxis flora.

Hey kids! I started up this collaborative tutorial video series with @Lucario Boricua and will be making more soon with other prominent members of the SC4 modding, player and development community. I'd love to hear your comments and also feel free to drop me a line if you'd be interested in participating in an episode. The idea is simple: we build a city together (well, okay, I build the city on my Youtube channel), exchanging tips and advanced strategies. I think there's a real benefit to this type of video dialogue for both new players and veterans!

1x1 relots for the FTG R$ Cape Cods are finished. Still need to do the 2x1 lots, which will be an optional download when these are uploaded, but pretty close to finished.

In addition to this set, which uses SD props and has minimal dependencies, I was thinking of releasing an alternative set for players who prefer HD props and flora. Is this something people would be interested in, or would the SD set using CP's props be good enough for most folks?

Here's a first run at some 1x3 lots with HD props. Not entirely satisfied with the results, so I might take another shot at them... or I might get lazy and just release the SD versions.
