These look quite interesting! 

They are very similar to some of the 1930's and 1940's resort hotels still found in Bavaria, today. 

Please keep me posted on how you are coming along.  I would very much like to put these types of lots to good use on my maps!

A little while back, I was asked to make a diagonal version of a parking garage I released back in 2019. 

With the Nice International Airport rendered and in game (I'll show that when I've done the lotting - thanks to those who made suggestions), a diagonal multi-story parking garage is just the ticket for the 45 degree angle of the terminal, so I've rendered out the garage + it's own base plate to make it easy to place in game along diagonal roads which will be a dependency when the airport lot is released

Tattoo Parlor as part of the Military Village Pack 01 - the most benign lot in a low wealth series of scams and vice that tempt the troops returning from Sim Nation's hot beds of conflict.  The remaining pack will probably include a bar and definitely a Pay Day Loan place.  Debating what to round it out with - massage parlor, gentlemen's club, billiards, or something else?

in  the USA towns with military bases tend to have a lot of ex military and retirees living there  so maybe a VFW or American Legion post would be appropriate?

I don't know your thoughts about some sleazier types of businesses and maybe not appropriate for this site but pawn shops are also common

Honestly I wrestled with this for a while.  There would be a balance between realistic and appropriate.  I also didn’t want people to think this is all troops do. In the end I figured the default Maxis stuff already has some of this anyway and the gamers could pass on it if they wanted to.  As with the casino or other business deals and things they would intentionally have undesirable effects.

Thanks for the feedback, maybe I will go with billiards after all.

And the VFW has been on my list.  Since I missed memorial day maybe I can get it out by 4 July.

Cataluna Region Mapa !

Most of the region map of Cataluna - Catelonia and France have been named and terraformed. With some descretion it  stretches from Barcelona up to Perpignan, France ! Mayor highway and railway line has been build except for interchanges, rivers added where necesary and local or regional geographic names !

Barcelona upto Gerona not much room to manouvere, beyond the Costa Brava with Mataro, Blanes and Lorrette de Mar !

South this area is like Cinque Terre in Liguria Italy with those powerfull coastline just lke Apenine the Pyranese mountans squeuze the earth inbetween !

Portbou - Cerberé  railway borders, some steep grades to conquere with rail and highway make it smooth and gradual !

France side still some little hills and forest to look like the langedoque !

If I remember correctly (and the old "Mark 1" computer ain't what it used to be) -- SimGoober did a series of sleazy joints and "Girly-Nightclubs" waaaay back when.  I'm sure they're still on the STEX. 

These things are a feature of every large city the world over -- and are especially prevalent wherever you find large bodies of troops that get paid regularly.  Even George Washington complained about the availability of less socially acceptable forms of entertainment for the troops.
