After more than a month and who-knows-how-many hours on the STEX and LEX (not to mention the other exchanges), I've compiled all of the models I plan to use for low-density residential lots. A lot of work ahead of me on these...

Some detail shots of the west shore of the Wilhelmshaven South inlet......

This is an overview of the Shinonome business complex (again) with the Alexander Platz and Sydney Opera House on the right and the Riverwalk park along the inlet shoreline.  This is a very high-dollar business area with an appropriate high-dollar investment made in plazas, pathways, and landscaping.  The stairways give easy access between the upper and lower levels with landscaped paths and suitably upscale retaining walls.   All in all, a very prestigious address for your banker or law firm.

 

The shoreline along this stretch of the inlet runs in a "diagonal" to the northwest.  I rejected a "straight line" seawall installation and chose to keep the shoreline as natural as possible, resulting in the buildings being placed in a progressively "stepped-back" formation.  This left opens spaces along the water and below the upper level buildings.  Rather than leave empty real estate in such a high-dollar area, I opted for a "riverwalk" park that would beautify the city and provide relaxation for the people.  This is also a great example of the "user-friendly" flexibility of the "modular" park over the standard 2x2, 3x3, "lotted parks.  The modular 1x1 park path pieces can be placed along the shoreline without altering the natural contours, and are flexible enough to allow the creation of small plazas that blend easily into the natural landscape of MMP trees, flowers, and ground cover.  The lighted paths also eliminate any large "black-out" areas along the water.

 

This is a detail shot of the Shinonome Plaza area and the stairs leading down to the lower level.  I absolutely had to use the (modified) "Obelisk Place" fountains as re-lotted by @tariely.  The idea was to surround the overpowering mass of the office buildings with open air plazas, running water and fountains, and as much MMP greenery as possible.  On a breezy Spring day, or a crisp afternoon in early Fall, this would be a relaxing and pleasant place to take a break -- or simply walk this way on a business errand.  Note the "chess plazas" on the second level of the stairways.

 

Finally, we have a detail view of the riverwalk park.  Public restrooms are provided for convenience and a small food court with open air tables and a kiosk, where you can purchase food or drink -- simple fare -- or a newspaper.  After a simple, "Continental Breakfast" at your favorite coffee house -- this would be a good place to enjoy a light luncheon in the sun and light onshore breeze.  Again, the 1x1 pieces (all by Paeng, I believe) have been placed to fit neatly along the shore and blend in with the natural "green" landscape.

Apologies, guys, in the first file I uploaded there was an ID conflict that I only just spotted. It would cause the carriages of Pack 3 not to show up. I now uploaded the corrected version, so the 6 people who got the first version may want to download it again. Thanks.

I know I was already pretty effusive in my review, but I really need to tip my hat again on this pack. I find a new favorite vehicle every time I take a look. The fire engine, of course, is exceptional, but there are so many great models included in this pack -- the omnibus, the paddy wagon, the ambulance, the news vendor (such a smart idea for replacing the TV van) -- honestly, I might as well highlight the entire set. They add so much character to the series.

I'm working on a small set of mansions, a relot of some buildings made by D66. I'm not the first to lay my hands on these buildings, but I've never seen them before on growable lots. I might still make some changes, I'm not very satisfied with the large mansions (picture #2 and #3), perhaps I'll change the frontyard and lay down some pavement and add a fountain or the like.

Thank you @BartonThinks, it's a joy to know my efforts are enjoyed by the community. This pack did require a good deal of thought, and I sweated quite a bit to obtain the precision I wanted. The series isn't finished yet, so more sweat ahead.

I've been registered since 2006 but this is the first time I've posted. Decided to make some UK trainsets as a learning exercise for modding automata, as it's something there's not a lot of. These are real liveries, one historical, one current, based on trains where I live (Greater London). I used the " BSC - VIP Girafe Train Corail HD + BB26000 (v1.0) " as the base (so i'm not sure I can release these), and made a few variants of each.

First up is a set based on the old Network Southeast livery

And the second is based on the current Southern livery

If there is interest, and it would be acceptable for me to do so, I would upload these. I may also make some more liveries. I would like to try making some Intercity liveries for the High-speed railroad stock.

Avenue Foch station (French: Gare de l’avenue Foch) is a tunnel station on the Paris RER rapid transit network. It was opened for the commissioning of the Ligne d’Auteuil from Gare Saint-Lazare to Auteuil in 1854. At that time it was called Avenue du bois de Boulogne. In 1867 the station was integrated into the Chemin de Fer de Petite Ceinture. In 1988, today's tunnel station with the RER C was put into operation. The metro station Porte Dauphine on line 2 is connected to the station underground

Thank you for the kindness. It's taken just over 14 years to go from registering to first post, but it's been worth it.

I don't like to set goals because I can't guarantee how long this will last for, but I'd like to make some more HD-friendly versions of some of the UK rolling stock that currently exists. I would like to know what I would need to say/include if I were to release those reskins of Girafe's rolling stock.

But today I made my own version of one of the older-looking trains, the Class 33. I've seen it pop up a few times in various places and journals so I'd like to imagine some people would find it useful.

I need to tweak the nightlighting on it but I'd like to release it soon afterwards. And if people have some suggestions for UK-based rolling stock, I would be happy to consider those too.

@dragonsteincole Very nice! I have to admit I personally am not that much into British trains, as I'm doing a Japanese region and all. But I do quite like the look of the DVT.
