Since I'm still in Utilities mode I decided to create 3 more items.

A smaller version of the CO2 Scrubber 1x1, perfect for tight spaces in urban areas where there is a lot of vehicles emissions polluting the air.

A small water treatment plant 2x6

And a larger one 3x3

A couple additions for Rural Gas Station set 2: a United Dairy Farmers which is a combo mini-mart/ice cream shop here in the Cincinnati area, and a generic version called Lindquist's. This is a completely new model.

Nice ! But what is the little white block on the left ? I feel it is just too blurry for the rest of the lot, esp. so close to the well-defined building -- of course it's zoom6, but even so, I"m not sure...

It’s an ice storage prop. I do agree though with my switch into HD modeling that some older stuff (this is an RR prop) looks so blurry in Z6, lol

Excited to see this to become developed. Zoning, I assume that the shortest commute time is taken in consicederation, by rail other road use. Dedicated larger busness or industrial area´s Hi-Tec area´s and civic institutions , recrational area´¨s room allocated !

Learning how to work with QGIS, SC4Mapper & SC4Terraformer to create accurate to scale regions. The first image is a 48x48 km2 region around Mt. Jefferson, Black Butte, and Madras in eastern Oregon. The second is 30km square and I tried playing with a hillshaded layer to add some relief to the region view.
