Sorry I've been holding out for so long - these are my favorite urban infill lots!
They look great in areas between WTW rowhomes and detached suburbs.
These are some narrow lot residentials I've been using for a long time in my game. Here they are lotted on conveniently sized parcels for easier development.
These houses are often clustered together in tight parcels built by the same developer anyway.
You can grow them on medium residential easily if you don't zone water first then historicalize them, or use growify.
North Bergen Narrow Lots (NJ, circa 1910)
available in 2x2, 3x2, 4x2, 7x2, and 8x2 lot sizes!
St Louis Narrow Lots (Missouri, circa 1910)
avail. 4x2 size only.
Both sets of rowhomes are available as prop families contained within for easy relotting.
Lmk if you encounter any other issues. This is a heavily tested file.
