The Westpac Building is a 142m, 38 story office building located at 360 Collins Street, Melbourne.
It was built in 1978 in the Modern style, featuring vertical fins which balance the horizontal strip windows.

The Westpac Building is a Landmark, costs §110,000 to build and occupies 3x3 lot space.
It is made available in both Darknite and Maxis night versions. (x_DN and x_MN respectively)
There are no Prop dependencies, although the Darknite version requires SimFox_Day_n_Nite_Modd.
Instructions:
Download either the Darknite Model or Maxis Night model (Not both). If unsure, use the Maxis Night version.
