The Grand Hyatt Melbourne is located on the cnr. Collins Street and Russell Streets.

As well as hosting a 5 star hotel with 546 luxury rooms and suites, our more well-to-do Sims can indulge in glamorous shopping at Melbourne's flagship luxury brand stores Chanel, Bvlgari, Louis Vuitton, Armani and Hermes.

This is my 21st BAT.

The Grand Hyatt is a Landmark, occupying 5x6 lot space.

Download either the Darknight or Maxis night versions (xx_DN or xx_MN respectively) not both. If you're unsure, download the Maxis Night version.

There are no Prop dependencies, although the Dark Nite version requires SimFox_Day_n_Nite_Modd. .
