I agree with T wrecks, benches on the roof was the first thing that came to my mind. It looks excellent though, and I hope it really will decrease the number of growing Freytag buildings!

Could be, but its overall shape reminds me more of the Woolworth building in NYC. Any ideas about this one? It somehow reminds me of the Adams Express building in NYC.
