About This File

This BAT is based on the 52 story Paul Hastings Tower, located in Downtown Los Angeles, and built in 1972. It includes both a growable and ploppable version. Both versions are on a 3x5 lot, and both provide 3300 Co$$ jobs. The ploppable version costs $45,000 to place. This BAT requires no dependencies. Enjoy!

did you just put a new label on city national tower and add a helipad and reupload. or did someone request this? kind of odd to have two of the same bat.

somebody-- they're "twin" towers in Downtown LA... and they both look the same in real life, except for the signage and the helipad.

Yeah, they're twin towers, so they're supposed to look the same. I could have put them in one upload, but I decided against it. The only real differences are the roof, the sign, and of course different nitelites and window shades.

I have to agree with DragonAnime, this is just a bit too black, I had to press my face up against the screen to make out all the details. Other than that it, it looks good, a nice tower however boxy it is :P.

There's certainly some confusion with these 2 bats, but it is just tempting not to rate the same if you decide against putting both bats in one upload, even though clearly it is an excellent replica.

Dude, this is awesome! The buildings I was using in my downtown LA didn't look quite right. Thanks a ton

Lovely tower! It's beautifully modeled and textured; the only complaint I have is the niteliting- Floors in skyscrapers are usually 2 rows of windows tall, but one of the rows is taken up by floor thickness and technical equipment (air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, etc.), and therefore, isn't lit. :)
