This BAT is based on the 52 story City National Tower, located in Downtown Los Angeles, and built in 1972. It includes both a growable and ploppable version. Both versions are on a 3x5 lot, and both provide 3300 Co$$ jobs. The ploppable version costs $45,000 to place. This BAT requires no dependencies. Enjoy!
