Using the same model as my original Wharfside lot, this 3x3 lot contains two of the buildings, some assorted dockside junk and a slipway. You'll find it in your seatports menu where it acts as a 3000 capacity port offering 95$ and 5$$ jobs. This is my first attempt at a building over water and I am not 100% happy with it. You would NOT believe the problems I had with foundations etc., but this works but can, I feel, be much improved upon. Anyone with any help to give about modelling over water with foundations that work and do not decide to realign themselves as they see fit, please, please, please PM me :-)
