A second "retro" styled gas station set that encompasses much of the rest of the European and most Asian gas station brands, as well as a few obscure and vintage American ones and some fictional ones from my own various designs. Also included is a generic market with gas pumps from my various prop packs as well. I also made non-gas versions that are various dealers of vehicles. With the Extra Cheats DLL, to plop, you can use the LotPlop or BuildingPlop cheats if you want to plop them. All are CS$$2 2x3 and most will only grow in corners except for the markets. Enjoy! In 2014, the Mexican government decided to go away from a monopoly model where one government-run brand (Pemex) runs the entire retail gasoline industry. As a result, many American (like Mobil, Arco, Chevron) and European (Total, BP, Shell, Repsol, CEPSA) companies have gotten into the market. As well, there are many domestic brands that have popped up as well. Some of these may even end up in the US one day. What is interesting to me is with some of these new brands how modern the design is compared to some of the legacy brands. There's some flair to them. Each are 3x2 CS1 low wealth with an OXXO store which is the predominant convenience store that most gas stations are paired with in Mexico. Akron -mostly in Guadalajara, sponsors the large soccer stadium there Cargogas -central Mexico, and has "dog stations" with dog food for stray dogs Ener -in Guadalajara, has a striking blue and black livery Ferchegas -eastern and southeastern Mexico, known for it's mascot Fullgas -large Texaco distributor in Central America, their gas stations look like Texaco without the branding as they wait to get the Texaco trademark G500 -owned by Glencore, a Swiss company, and is now the third largest brand behind Pemex and Oxxogas with 500 locations Hidrosina -200 locations nationwide, known for emphasis on technology Karzogas -in the Matamoros area and some locations also do car repair KPetrom -Central Mexico brand with 40 locations LaGas -mostly in Cancun and other touristy areas in Eastern Mexico Orsan -Mobil distributor in Mexico that also has it's own branded gas stations OXXOGas -gas brand by the large convenience store chain that is nationwide PetroBlue -another Guadalajara brand, there's a lot of unique brands there now PetroFigues -Pemex distributor that recently got into their own gas stations that are purple and black RedPetroil -mostly in western Mexico along the coastline Rendichicas -female oriented gas station where 90% of the employees are women, mostly in NW Mexico in places like Tijuana Servifacil -large eastern Mexico brand Silver -An alternate brand that Akron distributors use SmartGas -Another coastal Mexico brand Windstar -Northern Mexico, has locations in Texas and New Mexico as well There are many more brands as it is quite the wild west-type market, but these are the main and/or most striking ones design-wise to me. These contain most of the local and regional brands in the two countries. 14 new stations, with all being growable CS$$1 as to not clutter the landmarks section even more. Sixteen new gas stations from Canada. Canada has a lot of unique regional gas brands outside of the large brands that have operations there (ie Shell, Esso, Petro-Canada), so I've made an attempt to recreate this for the game. Each also has a fast food restaurant, pizza place, or other shopping service inside them as well. Most of them are growable 3x3, 3x4, or 4x3 and I added plop versions to the two larger ones in the country, Ultramar and Pioneer. I also added a bunch of new props as well that were needed for this. Seven more petrol/gas stations of brands from mostly Asia and Oceania. For many countries, their most recognizable retailer is their petroleum company due to the way the energy-dependent global economy is. Z Energy (New Zealand): Took over the Shell stations in 2011 at New Zealand and has quite the visually appealing building with an orange/yellow gradient. Acquired by Ampol in 2021 but plans are to keep the branding separate from Ampol. PTT (Thailand) - Thailand's national oil company, and also seen in the Philippines, Cambodia, and Laos. In Thailand, their gas stations tend to be paired with shopping centers so I reflected this onto this building, similar to this set by NKZ for Cities Skylines. PTT is getting away from the 7-Eleven branding for their mini marts in favor of their house brand, Jiffy, so this has a Jiffy. Along with that is a Cafe Amazon, which is the sixth largest coffeehouse worldwide, a Texas Chicken (Church's Chicken overseas operations), a Black Canyon Thai Restaurant, and even a 71 Export clothing store. Pertamina (Indonesia) - Another government-owned oil company, but from Indonesia. This is a standard issue Pertamina station with a Bright Market. Q8 (Kuwait) - I really enjoyed the building pairing/visual appeal with the petrol canopy, which is a small-town market called "Beggar's Market" based on the Plaid Pantry I did a while ago. Other than the Middle East, they also have a foothold in Scandinavia. Idemitsu - Second largest retailer of oil behind Eneos in Japan. Due to the popularity of convenience stores in Japan, gas stations there tend to just be smaller-scale buildings with repair shops, and maybe they sell a few convenience items. There is a good Eneos over at Moonlinght's SC4 blog if you want one to pair them with these. Cosmo - Cosmo Oil is the third largest retailer of oil in Japan. Also know for their appealing purple and teal color scheme. Jomo - Eneos and Jomo merged in the 2010s, so there are few instances of these now as many have been converted to Eneos. But they are preserved here. Jomo's branding was short for "JOy of MOtoring." Growable only. CS$$ for Pertamina, PTT, and Z Energy, CS$ for the others. I may make plop versions in the future but would like to reduce clutter in the landmarks menu. The BuildingPlop or LotPlop cheats are useful for this though. A set of gas stations, mostly with Tesoro branding but also a couple others as well. Tesoro stations are usually located in the west coast and especially in places like Alaska where they have a huge refinery. They are a subsidiary of Marathon Oil. ZX-Zephyr Express stations are located around the St. Louis Area. I also made a Copec station, which is in the country of Chile. All are C$$ or C$ stage 1 growables and some also have restaurant brands added with them (like with ZX, the local St. Louis roast beef chain Lion's Choice is paired with that one). Twelve more CS Low-Wealth Stage 1 Growable Gas Stations for rural areas. Use BuildingPlop or LotPlop to plop. Lot sizes go from 2x2 to 3x2 to 4x2. These stations focus more on obscure regional US fuel brands: Cenex, Alon, Sinclair, Patriot, Liberty, Pacific Pride, Renners, United Dairy Farmers, and VP Fuels. I also included a bunch of new car props and other props that aren't on my previous packs but they will be moved over to Mega Prop Pack 2, which is coming out soon. EDIT: Forgot this note, the 4x2 lots also have a special area for commercial trucks to get their own fuel with Pacific Pride or Renners pumps. Dependencies. I saw this link that @rathefalcon posted in the "can't find it - ask here" thread for Paeng's gas stations but all the dependency links to both Peg and LBT files are dead. I found the file for Peg's MTP Super Resource Pack but I can't find the LBT files it needs. I've also run into the same issue with LBT files for a few other lots and bats on the STEX. Links are there but they say "Page Not Found". Might anyone know anything more about these files and where to find them?

Does anyone know which gas stations Od Hennessey used for his truck stops ? I thought they looked like LBT Heblem's (fortunately I have at least one version of those...) and added them as deps, but that's not it. I have all the other deps --apparently the gas stations are not in LBT Gas stations Prop Packs 1& 2... Later : FOUND THEM : they 're some of Paeng's Gas Stations relots. Word to the wise:-)))
