These CPN and Lotos Service Stations lot were made by Perun and originally was uploaded onto http://www.simcitypolska.pl/, which is no longer existing and these uploads hasn't been available according to my best knowladge since then. Please note with the permission of the Simtropolis Staff Members (Cyclone Boom and CorinaMarie), this file has been uploaded on behalf of Perun. It was not available anymore due to the unfortunate demise of the SC4 Polska site. The models and the lots originally were created by Perun, but during the restoration attemp they have received an update with the X-Tool (SC4 PIM-X) by the STEX Custodian/Tyberius06. The upload contains the building models and the prop files for the signs and the two stage 2 growable commercial service lots (updated by X-Tool). Before installing, please, check the attached cleanitol_Perun Service Stations.txt file and if you happen to have the listed files anywhere in your plugins, please remove them. Installation: Unzip the whole bundle, or COPY the "Perun" parent folder from the *.zip into your plugin folder. You don't need to keep the "_Documents" folder in your Plugins, best if you remove it somewhere safe outside of your plugins. To uninstall: bulldoze any instance of this lot in your city, then remove the file(s) from your Plugins. Dependencies: BSC Textures vol01- 2 Reviews

Let me introduce you to the Heretic Shell MIGM and Service Station which was based on nos.17 B62's Remastered services stations. This is a plopable Landmark with some Cs$$ jobs. The lot is using a bunch of timed props (from my recently uploaded Heretic Essential Dependency Pack): cars, people, so it has a rhythm. Installation: Copy the "Heretic Projects" folder from the zip (or unzip it) into your plugin folder. If something wanted to be overwritten, you can accept it, that's OK. Highly recomended to keep the provided folder structure, because all of my uploads have the same format, and since sometime I'm working with included dependencies (such as textures or descriptor datas) it's better if these "inclouded dependencies" are in the same place. If you unzipped the upload, you may delete or remove the "Documentation" folder from your Plugin Folder. To uninstall, bulldoze any instance of this lot in your city, then remove the file(s) from your Plugins. This lot contains 45 lots (growable CS$ and CS$). Instead of uploading these all separately, I decided to do them all together in one mega pack to make downloading easier. These BATs were originally created by Bobbo662 (aka B62). Unfortunately, due to real life circumstances, he was unable to finish these lots. Neste Service Station is based / was based on Neste Oulunkylä which was burned down couple years ago. That's why I decided to BAT it to make it eternal while it wasn't the most beautiful service station of all time. Teboil Service Station is a small, more rural oriented service station for your cities. This one is based to old station in Kuopio, Finland. I saw this on a newspaper once so I batted it. Well once, in 2008. Teboil is one of the largest gasoline selling service station-chains in Finland, nowdays owned and operated by Russian Lukoil. STATS: Growable: Capacity: 473 CS-§..eh what modder? DEX ESSO Service Station LHD & RHD versions included ESSO is one of the biggest brands of fuel stations in the UK, and are found in many locations including cities and rural areas. This particular version is designed to be used with the RHW network, and linked up with FA-MIS ramps to simulate a setup commonly found on busy arterial roads in the UK and Ireland. A mirrored version of this (includes both mirrored textures & model) is included so that RHD players can use it. Seperate IDs have been used for both sets of textures, so If you wish to create "in the median" style service stations, you can have both the LHD & RHD sets installed simultaneously. ♦ Stats: Plop Cost: §150 Monthly Cost: §0 (privately operated) Lot Size: 5x3 You will find it in the Landmarks menu. This lot is for eye candy only, and is NOT transit-enabled. In order for it to look decent, it is strongly recommended that you plop FA-MIS pieces either side of the lot. ♦ Installation Instructions: Simply place the "DEXlots" folder in your "Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins" to install. ***NOTE*** Most users will want to delete either the LHD or RHD version depending on their game, so after installing, navigate to DEXlots/ESSO Service Station/ and delete the unwanted folder. To give your city a bigger variety of gas stations, here is a set of ten different brands in various shapes and sizes, based on the great set of models released by Heblem (LBT). Chevron - 5x2 (14 Jobs) Conoco - 6x3 (15) Petro Cnd - 4x3 (13) Shell - 5x2 (11) Esso - 4x3 (12) Exxon - 5x3 (15) Lukoil - 4x2 (16) Mobil - 3x3 (9) Valero - 4x4 (10) Cheapo - 3x1 (3) All of them are growable commercials (CS§), with a moderate number of jobs, as each of them also has a little store/foodmart on the grounds. The lots are meant for corners, so keep that in mind while zoning. They grow early in the game, so make those you want to keep historical right away. At least one of the sides is usually kept pretty open, so you can combine the station with other industrial lots to make larger truckstops or rest areas by the highway or similar. I included some pictures of possible combinations in the readme. TIP: If you want to force-grow the stations at a later point, temporarily block Maxis' COM-buildings, zone for proper size (with CTRL), then run the game for a while. After stations have developed at your chosen spots, make them historical, remove the blocker and continue as usual.
