This is the third set of of GROWABLE dp lots. This pack contains two lots, one 3x3 and one 4x4, with two styles of large service station. Both feature a large shop, a self-serve carwash and sets of pumps.

These lots are BSC BTE enabled. This means they will contribute to reward chains.
