  1. Can someone help identify this lot?

The buildings look like Maxis original medium-density lots. The only thing on those lots that look custom are the cars.
  2. Submenus DLL

Regarding the airports menu, as a custom airport builder, I think that, should a standardised submenu system be created for that menu, here would be my suggested categories: Maxis airports Custom functional airports These items can be combined into a single category Runway pieces Perhaps submenus for different runway widths, orthogonal/diagonal, etc. Another submenu for runway-taxiway interface pieces Taxiway pieces Runway/taxiway signs (alternatively could be categorised into either one of those two categories, or some can go in both if single lots can be placed in multiple submenus) Apron pavement pieces (including taxiway interface pieces) Light ramp pieces (including taxiway interface) Dark ramp pieces (including taxiway interface) Terminal pieces Gates and jets Auxiliary buildings (eg. hangars) I acknowledge that this might be too fine-grained.
  3. NAM and speed limits?

I'm not fully sure about your other questions, but regarding on-road bus stops, the most popular set is the Road-Top Mass Transit (RTMT) pack. Here is the link for the main download: (Mod note: I've edited this to point to the correct package, since v1 does not work with the 3.60 Add-On Pack) And here is the link for the 3.60 Add-On Pack (intended to serve as an upgrade to the version linked above): Be sure to read the readmes for both downloads, especially for the 3.60 Add-On Pack, because this download has some files that will replace certain files from the older 3.50 download. Regarding one-way road speeds, they are indeed higher than other road-based networks (excepting RHW).
  4. NAM for Mac?

The NAM download is a cross-platform download; it is the same download regardless of which computing platform (Windows, Mac, Linux) you play SC4 using.
  5. Feeling overwhelmed...

Word of advice: it is actually possible to zone directly on dual networking tram pieces after plopping, if you hold down the Control key when you zone. Although, this will require you to zone each parcel one at a time.
  6. Show us your Parks!

Inspired by the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway in Boston, I've built a linear park above an underground highway (built using the subway-based FLUPs):
  7. The unpredictable GLR

For reference, there is a piece that ends the Tram-in-Road at a T-intersection while allowing the tram to continue through:
  8. Road-to-highway and roundabouts

To add to the above: this video documents all the RHW-2 to MIS splitters: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2PeDUDlwvw
  9. NAM: Requests - 2nd Edition

I meant for the neighbor connector pieces; without the underground loop connectors to connect the two halves of the highway, it is not possible to have a functioning RHW neighbor connection with Rail/Elevated Light Rail/Monorail in the middle of the highway.
  10. NAM: Requests - 2nd Edition

Lately, I have been desiring pieces that place an underground loop connector for setups with Rail/GLR/Elevated Light Rail in RHW medians. Here are three sample scenarios for this kind of situation:
  11. NAM: Development

Looks amazing; I cannot help but wonder how cosmetic pieces would work with this secret weapon. I am aware that there are long-term plans to turn cosmetic pieces into a FLEX-based system.
  12. NAM: Requests - 2nd Edition

rivit has created a Rural Tarseal SAM5 replacement texture pack; here's the link:
  13. NAM General Support

City Slider likely thought that the Canal Addon Mod is abbreviated to CAM. Because the abbreviation "CAM" is already taken by another mod, the Canal Addon Mod is abbreviated to CAN-AM.
  14. Is Java required to install NAM?

That is correct; the only version of the NAM available is NAM 41, which uses the .jar installer to install it. This blog post by a NAM developer explains why only the latest version of the NAM is available: https://simtarkus.wordpress.com/2020/11/29/why-old-NAM-versions-are-immediately-discontinued-spoiler-alert-theyre-rubbish/
  15. Recoding the NWM sounds like a great idea; I am wondering if this code revamp could also pave the way for elevated NWM networks.
