Laissez-Faire Investments and Marine Realty V2
crookedasscop commented on Sgt Pepper's file in Commercial
How ironic, I was just looking at version one yesterday in consideration for a New York themed city. The texture on this one is far better! I really could go with either rooftop. I even opened up the LE for the third time in my life to look at the sculpture and that was nice too. The only thing I noticed that differs from the few pictures I could find online are that the real building has those darkened out windows here and there that provide some contrast. I am sure there are street-level differences, but I think I gave myself away already as far as not being in the position to make lot criticisms.- 19 Comments

I sure do! I think I am more likely to go with the diagonal one, despite the strong shadow. -

Fabulous work everyone. I have been following in silence for some time only because I don't have any BAT skills to share. I am so glad to see that this topic is still alive, that structures are still being produced, and that fixes have been developed to refurbish previous works. Paul and Bixel get gold medals for great work, T Wrecks gets silver for lot work, and Hong Kong get bronze for providing such excellent and helpful photographs! Keep up the astounding work. EDIT: If you want criticism, on The Arch, that garden between the towers looks a little strange from the image T Wrecks just posted, like, the green and the tile patterns seem to contrast a bit much and look so flat. But that is nitpicking and may not be reflective of the final product. -
