After some thinking I wanted to make a V2 of my Marine Realty and Laissez-Faire Investments BAT because I didn't like how it turned out and I felt like I rushed it. Now several months later, I have a new version for you all! Differences in this version are that it's taller, improved textures, fixed the appearance of the back, changed the base a little, and the roof is different of course. It also fits a smaller lot size than the previous version. This sleek modern tower is meant for your urban cities and dense Downtowns or Central Business Districts. It's about 50 stories tall(I think I counted 49 floors excluding that top mech floor which would make it 50 actually) but it's very narrow and fits a more compact lot. Included, like my previous upload is High Wealth and Medium Wealth Commercial Office versions. There's no difference in appearance of the different wealth versions and the lots are the same. So you are free to either chose one depending on what wealth version you'd prefer, or you can actually have both versions in your game without problems. Also included is my take on an abstract sculpture. It's actually the same exact one from the previous upload, but it's model and desc. files are included with this upload. You can't see it on the lot since most of the lot is covered by the urban landscape of Branhattan but it's there. If you'd like to use the sculpture in a park or on some other lot you are free to do so. It's a prop simply labeled "SquareSculpture" in the props menu in the Lot editor. I recommend removing V1 from your cities and plugins folders though. I'm not sure if having both V1 and V2 would be a good idea but I'd imagine there wouldn't be conflicts since the file names are slightly different.
