This is the prettiest SC4 lot I've seen for a very long time, not just because this building is the crown jewel of Front Street in Tdot but because it is such a high fidelity model. Thank you for this. Could you model the neighbouring structures as SC4 lots in the future as well? Exhibition Place and the Royal York would definitely compliment this.

Something Salty This Way Comes
Charles Darwin commented on SimCoug's City Journal Entry in New SorGun
Man, it's been over five months now, and i'm wondering, when will we see the next update? I've been pretty excited throughout all of this, and i'm checking almost everyday in hopes of seeing a new instalment. -

My god! This is exactly what I been waiting for in this cj for months now! The industrial era beginning in New Sorgun! I can tell that this was well worth the wait, and that this cj will not only continue to be just fantastic overall, but will deliver something new; an incredible and realistic look at the urbanisation and industrialisation that many cities in America saw during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This is a truly ambitious project, and i'm so glad that someone like you came around and did it. To see that you spent all this time to develop these props and lots for the sake of making this series that much more detailed really proves that this is infact the greatest cj on Simtropolis. -
Wow! A month with no new updates is really making me excited for the next one! I can't wait to see this region strive with growth during the early 20th century. I'd love to see an urban depression-era Sorgun. With the ambition and realism you're including in this CJ, i have no doubt that you'll continue to amaze us all!

Great post as always simcoug! Great job! It was well worth the wait.

Warm Valley Township, Spandau County
Charles Darwin commented on Moonraker0's City Journal Entry in (SC4) Trifort
Beautiful suburb! But i do have to (sadly) point out something worth mentioning, which is that the walls separating the communities from the highways, although a surprising extra bit realism/detail, are a little too tall. I would not want to live in a house where the entire view is blocked by a single wall, which is twice as tall as it needs to be. It's still more realistic than it not being there, but it is unrealistically taller than the ones i usually see! But i am nitpicking, i can't seem to find anything wrong or unrealistic with the suburb itself and for that, i applaud your work! 5/5 stars! -
I can't wait to see some beautiful rural landscapes. I wonder if we're going to see something like New Sorgun in 1860-ish (a small village surrounded by fields and forests), or of we'll get a look at some hyper-realistic 1800's country side, where everyone owns a farm, far from each other, and each property takes up acres of agriculture. Either way, i know that i especially can't wait until the 20th century comes around, where the streets are ruled by urban sprawl, industrial development and automobiles! I love seeing the Sorgun Bay develop, this is really quite a spectacular series SimCoug!
