    I seem to have an issue with the night lighting. It won't stay on for more than a few seconds,it's not flickering-the intervals of it being on and off are very far apart. It just randomly goes on when its dark stays on for a few seconds then turns back off. I love the look though when it is on. 
  12. Not necessarily. Is the game installed in a location other than C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe? I am having the same issue and no the game automatically installs after download into above directory, and far as I can tell, can't be changed. I have tried everything I can think of and this is only one of two posts I can find. Any help would be awesome because I have so many ideas and can't begin because of this issue.

    I wish I could give more than 5 stars! After learning how to use the system (which was simple with walkthroughs) I don't know how I ever lived without it. So awesome, I love it and it will be a permanent fixture in my plugins folder. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!
