City help. Commercial not growing no more.
modulator12 replied to Sanders54's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
Also, one more thing: if demand is high, I-HT and I-M will employ lots of R$$-$$$, especially with industry quadrupler (even though there is a small environmental impact). Subsequently, there will be more residents in your city, bumping up commercial demand. A reason you city might have such high residential demand is that they find jobs in your neighboring cities. They will commute from one city to another. Good luck in development! -

Residential growth usually spurs commercial demand, as does traffic in commercial areas. As IndianaJoe said, landmarks do work, and REALLY WELL. -
Whoa....... This is AWESOME.

any tutorial on how to build ports
modulator12 replied to kimiraikko's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
If you mean building seaports in a city, make sure the terrain gently slopes into the water. It takes a little bit of practice and experimentation before getting it down perfectly. it's very similar to building ferry terminals. My word of advice is just to experiment and practice. Happy porting! -

modulator12 replied to woopypooky's topic in SC4 Bugs & Technical Issues
It should be able to, I don't see why windows 7 wouldn't play it.
