is named after the shady relation in SimCity 3000. He's back and he has
an even BETTER deal. He kind of needs to dispose of 200,000 every
month, see? No strings attached. It comes as an ordinance. Place in My
Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins to install. While I have placed this in the
Lots section this is nothing but an ordinance modd, no lots are
included in this file. (Lots just seemed to be the most relevant and
least intrusive place to put it.) Have fun and don't let Vinnie run too rampant in your town.
