From the line of Havoc Modern housing comes this luxurious modern villa. The building itself is made entirely from glass and steel, supported by
an intricate framework of steel. The building was designed to be as eco-friendly and aesthetic as possible, this is why there are solar panels on the roof.
These solar panels store up energy during the day and provide electricity to heat the water for the household and swimming pool. There is also
enough power left over for lights and appliances. The large pool at the rear of the house is overlooked by the balconies on each floor. I was
told once that during a wild party in the house one drunk actually managed to dive from the top balcony into the pool and survive!
The special thing about this building is it's style and the way the framework extends down and provides a nice feature. I was thinking
of putting a glass roof on top of this, but actually looks better left open air. I have also created some custom props to use in these,
such as the extra solar panels in one lot and a garage in the same building style in another. These are all contained within the .DAT file.

Growth stages 2/3 i think. Cannot remember off hand the residential capacity, but will soon find out.
These really spruce up your city and give it a cutting edge look in modern architecture. The smaller rowhome version also compliments this
and there will be more buildings from Havoc Construction in this building style.
To install:
Simply copy the .DAT file into your simcity4/plugins folder. The .DAT file is just a single file containing all the essential files
needed to use these lots. Once you place it into your plugins folder you will start to see these pop up in game
