    yes, that's because i added a little too much lots, originally to give more variety. If you delete 2-3 lot files from the 4, it will be more rare in the game.

    thank you all! @Finkle: yes, this is zoneable. only i use a trick to make a farm like on the picture. I start by zoning a rough big area. Then i de-zone its edges to give its shape. then i bulldoze the area,if wrong field appears. Playing with these three functions (zoning, de-zone, bulldoze) you can get the same result like on the pic.

    ..such as education, zone type, (needs high density!) or transportation. (shorten the freight trips, build bus stations, etc) All in all, it's rather easy to grow, it dosen't need much effort really. hope this helped!

    Hi there! Installing is very simple. Search your Documents or my documents-folder. There, you should find a "SimCity 4" folder, and in it, there's a folder called "Plugins" All you have to do, is to unzip here the file, you downloaded. The building will quickly appear, when you have big demand for I-manufacturing. Of course, it depends on many conditions...
