Eureka Tower Melbourne Australia Eureka Tower is a 297m, 91 story residential apartment building located in Southbank, Melbourne. Completed in 2006, Eureka Tower is distinctive for its blue and white striping, as well as its 24 carat gold plated glass windows on the top 10 floors of the building. The 88th floor of the Eureka Tower is the highest public observation deck in a building, in the Southern Hemisphere (source: wikipedia) A few people have told me they have issues with Ploppable Residential lots dilapidating. To fix the issue I've also been requested to try every permutation of Ploppable...Growable...§...§§... R...Co...! I'm so overawed by the level of interest but I'm never going to satisfy all those variations, so just going to keep it simple These are ploppable non-functional landmarks. The lot is 5x6. High Wealth, costing §110,000 to build and §150 a month. Available in both Darknite and Maxis night versions. (_DM & _MN respectively) There are no Prop dependencies, although the Darknite version will require SimFox_Day_n_Nite_Modd installed. I hope this solves the dilapidation issue! NYBT presents 130 Liberty Street. The absence of this BAT is no longer and it returns to the STEX once again! Finally modded for you all to enjoy. Credits to Gwail for keeping this BAT and modding it for me. Many thanks, Gwail! 130 Liberty Street was formally a bank located in the Financial District of New York. It was completed in 1974. This once great international-styled building once stood in front of the South Tower of the World Trade Center with an elevated plaza and a foot bridge to the WTC Plaza. The building became more known after the September 11th Attacks. It was demolished(or currently still being demolished?) after being damaged beyond repair in the attacks. Now you can have this 70's beauty in your cities. Only a Ploppable Version is Included. It's been awhile since my last upload, but this day i was more "industrious" ... - Bauxim AL ' is a large aluminium smelting enterprise, supplying other industries with aluminium. The long building contains hundreds of electric smelters, which refines the molten "alum earth" trough of electrolisis. In the process, enormous,- 150000 Ampers- of current is used.
