    This is the kind of building I've wanted to see on here! I can't think of any other residential buildings that have incorporated the street-level shops, even though that is what is most common in at least American cities. Reminds me a lot of Bronx-area housing. 10

    First is that you spelled Apartments wrong, for such a nice lot I wish that would have been noticed. Second is that the frequency for this building to grow is WAY too high. Its growing ALL over the place. I wish you would change that in a newer version.

    I've been watching the thread for these lots to come out. While I'm a fan of vanderaap's w2ws, they don't fit the feel of my US-based cities. I LOVE the fire escape and I hope you incorporate them into a lot of the lots. The only problem, I agree that it should be cs$$.

    I LOVE your RLS homes. They're ultra realistic and add a huge amount of variety. I'm always excited to see them being built in my cities.

    I'd get rid of the plop version if I were you. They do not work in-game, which has been found as a common issue with ploppable Residential lots. The building will become abandoned. Other than that. Very nice job.

    I think its the antennae. It just doesn't seem to fit with a residential building of that height. Also, if thats a pool on the roof, the texture seems a little off.
