This is the building where the Dobruk City administration resides, in the Illigy district, next to other government builings in the area. This lot is an updated version of the original Dobruk City Hall, re-scaled to match the game better, transit-enabled, and lotwork re-designed. The prerequisites for obtaining it have also been raised a bit. It is a new upload by request of Frogface, and it does not override the original lot - they can be used side-by-side, if you wish.
THIS LOT IS A FUNCTIONAL REWARD LOT.
YOU MUST EARN IT.
Conditions: regional residential population 2,000,000; city res population 300,000.
Instructions for making this lot a 'regular' lot, with no requirements, are in the readme, beneath the lot details/statistics. PLEASE read those instructions if you would like a non-conditional reward version. Alternatively, simply press CTRL + X and type "you don't deserve it", sans quotes.
