This lot is a 4 story rental apartment building. It grows on corners and one side of the building has shops (the side that faces the primary street). It is based on buildings in my neighborhood which stand on commercial roads but whose primary purpose is housing.
This lot houses 125 R$ sims and is a 2X2.
