I'm looking for South American and Caribbean Flags. Once again, those flags were made by the LBT Team, are not animated and aren't available on the STEX nor on any Simcity fan website. You misunderstood I was looking for the building "inside" the roundabout & not the building in the corner which is what the download was.

It has only 2 dependencies but i guess you should allready have'em.
